Mr. Bukhari has been a lawyer engaged in private law practice for almost 30 years. For the first 7 years Mr. Bukhari practiced Criminal Law, Immigration Law and General Practice. For the last 23 years the practice has shifted to Corporate Business Law, Wills, Estates, Immigration Law, Real Estate, Internet / Cyberlaw and General Practice (which includes the basic family law problems i.e. separation agreements, uncontested divorces, and mediating of differences). Over a more than a quarter century Mr. Bukhari has acquired a wealth of knowledge about answering the legal concerns of clients. In addition to a basic law degree from Western Law School, Mr. B. has a Masters of Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Mr. Bukhari is committed to helping those in society who need it the most. For this reason, he offers a variety of services in exchange for donations to local charities. For example,

Mr. B.'s regular charges are $500 plus tax for couples and $250 for a single person.

However, if you agree to make a donation to Toys on Wings, a registered Charity that sends the severely disabled to Disney then Mr. B. will process your Will and Power of Attorney at no charge whatsoever.

All you have to do is click on the Charity For Free Wills link below and fill out the registration form / questionnaire. When you come in to sign your Will and Power of Attorney you will be asked to bring in a suggested donation of $200 for couples or $100 for a single person payable to Toys on Wings. You get the full package of all the documents you require.

You save on GST and Toys on Wings will send you a tax deductible reciept which you can use for income tax purposes.
